ROBERT ARCHER
Mr. Archer is honored to be at KHS for his 9th year of challenging and thought provoking Theatre!​  Archer has proudly led Kempner Theatre to three UIL OAP State showings (2021, 2023, 2025) ranking 3rd in the State for 5A in 2025 with Rabbit Hole, and one State Alternate (2024).

Archer graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2011 with an emphasis in Acting and Directing. He has also studied abroad at the acclaimed Rose Bruford College in London, England and at the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona, Spain. While abroad he gained a unique and thorough knowledge of contemporary European Theatre Arts.  He has worked professionally in the Houston theatre community as an actor since graduation. Archer also teaches as a Workshop Artist for various programs, focusing on devising, movement, and ensemble building. Archer started his journey in public education 11 years ago and continues to enjoy inspiring a new generation of artist!

Kelsey McMillan
A Proud Alum of Stephen F. Austin State University. I live in Missouri City with my husband and two sons!  I have a BA in Directing from SFASU and a Masters in Arts Entrepreneurship from my Alma Mater as well. 
I love theatre, and it has been my main pursuit since I was a highschooler in Austin, TX. I love creating art, reading, seeing movies and watching TV, baking, my rock collection, DIY everything, and theme parks (or really anything with a good heavy theme). 
This will be my 11th year teaching. I'm so excited to join the Kempner Theatre team!
